Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 12–15 business days due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volume

  • Events beyond our control

Customs & Import Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes

Pure Ascend is not responsible for customs delays, holds, or seizures.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pure Ascend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
