Returns

All sales are final.

For safety, sterility, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short explanation of the issue

If approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue store credit

    Order Cancellations

    Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

    Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
